Family Nature Walk After Long Break

Truth. This is our first family walk in more than a month. Sure, they’ve been outside playing at home most days, but it’s been without me. . And I could pretend I’ve gone on walks alone, but that’s a lie. I’m so good at sitting and occupying myself. . It’s so easy to go. They have fun. We all need exercise and high speed scootering - they do, not me! 😃 . To self: Prioritize! Slow down life. See the mushrooms. Smell whatever is blooming. And let them spit in the creek. Because that’s what boys (and sisters?!) do with running water for some reason. . . It won’t be another month next time.
