Panama truly surprised me in the best way, I had very little knowledge of this country going into the trip, but left loving it! There is so much to offer form the city, rainforest and beaches!

Honestly, the world right now is heartbreaking, I find myself everyday anxious to wake up. While I'm doing the work to learn, I know that I also need to find ways to cope with my anxiety.
So if you are like me, here is some ways to help feel calm when things feel completely out of control.
