Fire Wave in Valley of Fire State Park
Drove through the desert and arrived on mars. 🚀
Do you enjoy traveling solo or prefer being with others?
I usually travel with at least one other person, but this year has been a little different and I’ve taken two solo road trips. 🚗
On this second trip, I drove for a little over an hour on an empty road until I got to Valley of Fire State Park, greeted by mountain sheep. 🐏🐏
I continued driving along the winding road in awe of the red landscape. Eventually I parked my car and hiked around 1.5 miles to the Fire Wave, a sandstone formation from the Jurassic period. I felt so grateful to be alive and to be there, to see this geologic wonderland with my own two eyes.
May the fire element remind us of our burning passions and that the meaning of life is to find that passion/purpose and pursue it fearlessly. ❤️🔥
