Whimsical Cabinet of Curiosities

Look at this collection. We just sat there picking out and showing to each other - “Is that a narwhal horn?!” We love seeing Cabinets of Wonder at museums and found this one at the playground. It’s art, but just normal stuff. Little surprises like looking up to see a pterodactyl flying or a storm trooper with the body statues. . . The Gathering Place is more than just a giant playground it seems. Keep going past the massive playground to the boat house. Who knew? . . You’ve gotta love places that make cozy little alcoves for resting. Did I mention air conditioning? 😃 . . Did you know this was at one of our country’s biggest playgrounds?
