Business class who? Follow the travel essentials link in my bio for my full list of travel must haves! I'd absolutely take the lay flat option of business class if I could but this is the next best option imo! If you've got over the head noise canceling headphones you can pop them over the mask or put some ear plugs in and you're gonna sleep even better. No matter the length of a flight this has been a game changer. Also it comes in a little bag making it easy and sanitary to travel with.
Ladies, we aren't waiting for anyone! Especially no sub par boy You honestly could apply this to anyone in your life, but I hope your takeaway here is that you shouldn't wait for anyone for anything. If you want a new job, a different car, to travel more, or to change your goals, make the decision for YOU and do it! Who has a solo trip planned in the next year?
Girlhood over everything else ✨ According to a quick google search 85% of all solo travelers are female. Yes you did read that correctly! While traveling isn't limited to only women it definitely is a great way to feel empowered as a woman. I don't think l'd have half the independence or confidence that I do have without traveling out into the world alone. I'll never know if being a boy is boring but I can tell you l'd never trade girlhood and exploring this world in it for anything! Any guesses about what percentage of those solo female travelers have partners? I bet that will blow your mind too 👀
You + makeup = ??? It doesn't matter if you've worn makeup before xxx and don't now, if you didn't before xxx and you do now, if you only wear it going out, or if you'd never wear it hiking. What matters is that you wear it when YOU want to because YOU want to! I've spent a lot time over the last five years being grateful that I stopped wearing it because I felt like I had to, being criticized for when I did decide to wear it, and wondering if I'm too old to still like it. Truth is I've always loved it! It's hands on art project for me and I don't like that I felt negative ways towards it because I was sad. But I'm back and ready to GTFU and let make up be what I want it to be day by day and I hope you do too!
Hiking>dating. Just saying 🤷🏼♀️ Where are my single hiking ladies at choosing to spend their weekends hiking, watching sunsets, and being an absolute fiend for the outdoors? PS- please don't take this too seriously and just laugh because I couldn't believe my brain jumped to this when I was scrolling through my camera roll
But you never will be 👀🌎 Maybe this isn't the only thing you need to know but it's definitely something I wish I would have accepted and pushed myself to do sooner. I've gone out into the world alone countless times and can say l've never come home without at least a handful of new friends. Shoot, some of my closest friends came from me setting out on my own for an adventure. Life, adventure, love, and the magic of the world will pass you by if you wait for someone else to do anything so you might as well do it now. How many solo trips have you been on?
