Family Read: Apologetics Book 'It Couldn't Just Happen'

Read aloud victory with this book! Not only was it an excellent choice that we all have enjoyed, but it is the longest book we’ve ever stuck with cover to cover that wasn’t a novel. . A few pages a day really does pay off! . It Couldn’t Just Happen is an apologetics book for kids that has so much knowledge packed into it. Our favorite parts were then animal and human body details that are obviously God-designed. My oldest said our trip to the @arkencounter was better because she was already familiar with some of the terms and says she wished they had read it in her class instead of Defeating Darwin. . Paired with our Bible reading, this is a great choice for morning time or family reads while incorporating Biblical learning with science - so many great conversations starters. Check it out! . Edited to say: This book has a very strict anti-evolution stance. No gray areas in this author’s writing. I didn’t agree 100% with his viewpoints, but it brought up great conversations and introduced us to lots of great ideas. Pair this with Dinos on the Ark book (I’ve posted that one before), and it’s a great comparison! . I’m currently on the search for the next apologetics book to read next year as a family. Any suggestions? It Couldn't Just Happen Lawrence O. Richards Thomas Nelson Books @thomasnelson
