Family Adventure at Elder Mill Covered Bridge

A day adventure while listening to On the Banks of Plum Creek led us to the Elder Mill covered bridge... Isn’t it great when you follow a random sign and spend an hour splashing in a creek. . . Bonus geocache find and now Daddy can say he has gone geocaching with us. We have wet clothes to prove the kids had a good time. . . Are my kids the only ones who insist on making dams anytime there is free flowing water?
