Reclaiming Wonders
The image shows a human hand holding a broken-open rough, gray rock with a crystalline interior, revealing it to be a geode. The palm and fingers of the hand are visible, and the hand appears to be holding two pieces of the geode that has been split in half. The geode has a whitish-gray, sparkling crystalline structure inside, which contrasts with the dull, rocky exterior. The hand is positioned against a red fabric background, likely a piece of clothing or towel.

Child Opens Geode Rock

A hammer was being carried through the house... This made me slightly concerned until she informed me she thought maybe a rock in her rock collection was a geode. She needed to break it... . . And she was right. It broke into four pieces and my generous child promptly gave pieces to her siblings. Because sheā€™s like that ;) . . Pretty cool when your kids do cool stuff... And you just get to sit back and watch.
