Reclaiming Wonders
The image showcases a charming collection of four photographs capturing various aspects of a visit to the historic Hermitage plantation, the former home of President Andrew Jackson. The top-left image displays an elegant antebellum mansion with white columns and a red-bricked exterior, standing majestically against a blue sky. A young boy dressed smartly in a red sweater is seen walking towards the entrance, adding a lively touch to the scene. The top-right photograph features a cluster of vibrant orange flowers basking in the warm sunlight, likely part of the plantation's beautifully maintained gardens. The bottom-left image is a cheerful selfie of a smiling young boy wearing a blue sweater, his face beaming with joy as he explores the lush surroundings. Finally, the bottom-right photograph captures two children, one wearing a red dress and the other a blue sweater, walking hand-in-hand along a winding path lined with trees, their small silhouettes casting long shadows on the green grass.

Exploring the Hermitage Plantation

We could have spent longer were we not in the presence of certain small children and in fear of finding our cabin in the dark like we did last year.
