Child's First Beekeeping Lesson

My little beekeeper...? Maybe at least one step closer at least. . . The boys and I managed to squeeze in our first FFA meeting while the girls had play practice last week. Dad and C put on their suits and got right in there at the hive to do some real life learning and investigating. So much better than trying to figure it out from a book. . . Maybe we can officially start this thing after summer vacation! . . The class next month will be about donkeys! We don’t plan to get a donkey, but how awesome are these learning opportunities?! This city girl definitely needs some country life lessons. Glad we found it.
