Embracing Winter in the Rocky Mountains

Winter is here in Colorado… It hasn’t snowed in Denver yet but the last couple days have been in the 30s and my body is not having it. And the ski resorts are starting to open which really means winter is here. 🥶 I try every year to embrace the changing of seasons but every year my body is like nooooooope we don’t like it even more than we didn’t last year. So all my warm weather lovers that live in cold places, how do you embrace winter? Help a girl out!
