5-Day Iceland Itinerary with Rainbow Waterfall

5 DAY ICELAND ITINERARY (Save this post for future travel planning to Iceland and share it with your travel buddy!) Real quick, can we talk about that double rainbow?! Not what I was expecting to see at the spot! Day 1-Land in Iceland, snag that rental car, and head to Reykjavik. Take this opportunity to explore the city and see the iconic Rainbow Street and Seydisfjardarkirkja Church! Camp nearby or stay in a hotel. Day 2-Head over to the @bluelagoonis and enjoy a few hours in the warm water. Start your road trip journey around the country and head to camp Varmahlið for the night. Day 3-Wake up and head to Stuðgil Canyon, Stokksnes, and Jökulsárlón Iceberg Lagoon and Diamond Beach for sunset. Day 4-Start the day with a quick hike to Fjaðrárgljúfur Canyon and then hop over to Reynisfjara Beach and Dyrhólaey. Finish the day with three epic waterfalls; Skógafoss, Seljalandsfoss, and Gljufrabui. Day 5-Wake up extra early and hike the Fagradalsfjall Volcano for sunrise. Be sure to check visibility and lava flow before going on Iceland’s official tourism website. Finish up that hike and head to Sky Lagoon back in Reykjavik to relax after an adventurous five days!
