Day 13: Take a mental health day. Around two weeks in is where it seems to really start hitting people. There’s no denying we are social animals and isolation takes a toll.

Take care of yourself. Watch your favorite, most comforting shows and movies. Order your favorite food. Reach out to a therapist or professional online - a lot of psychologists are still keeping up their practice with phone sessions.
