Meditation is not just a thing for New Age aficionados. It’s a very real way to reduce stress and anxiety over time, while helping your focus. All GREAT things for time spent in quarantine!

Also, if you noticed, I decided to replace the #30daysofdistancing hashtag, as I think it’s more constructive to not give ourselves a countdown time, since uncertainty remains as to when life will be able to return to normal.
