But you know that boost of confidence you get when you make yourself look extra good? That still applies, even in quarantine. When you’ve been wearing sweatpants and neglecting your hair for weeks, it feels good to change it up. •• To surprise @fitfoodiemd with some extra wedding festivities yesterday, we got dressed up and made up and Zoomed in with a drink in hand. •• Honestly, pretty great night.
