Met Museum's Rooftop Garden in Central Park

Did you know this? 🤗 From April - October you can find stunning views of Central Park from above at The Met’s Iris and B. Gerald Cantor Roof Garden 🌿 ….welcome to Hidden Gems in NYC Part III :) 🗂️ SAVE this for your next NYC adventure 🙌 THINGS TO KNOW: ⏰ The MET is open Sunday-Tuesday and Thursday 10am - 5pm; Friday and Saturday from 10am - 9pm and is closed Wednesdays. 🎟️ Access to the rooftop is included with Museum admission, which is free for NY residents and otherwise $30 for adults. 🤫 BUT if you arrive at 4:30pm (or a half hour before the rooftop closes) you can access it for FREE without a ticket. 👉 Ask the info desk for how to get to the elevator to the roof. You will likely pass by a guard checking tickets, he is the one that told me that after 4:30 you don’t need one.
