Vibrant Passion Flower: Nature's Alien Beauty

A quick little nature walk today trough a dirt field yield a super cool find! I Googled “purple alien flower Georgia”... and found out this is a Passion Flower Maypop. I guess I’m not the only one who thinks it looks like another planet. We declared it to belong on Avatar. It just goes to show that just a five minute walk outside can have impact. We need more “quicks” and to stop putting things off until we have more time.
