University of Virginia's Iconic Colonnade

Before seeing TJ’s house, you should see his proudest accomplishment, right? We roamed around the University of Virginia and saw the Rotunda and saw semi-naked coeds going to their dorms. ;). A full college experience. . . Mr. Jefferson loved columns and red brick. Can you tell? He taught himself architecture and brought over Greco-Roman structure from Europe for the first time. Wanted to be different than British colonialism. So thank him next time you see pillars ;)
