Reclaiming Wonders
A serene and picturesque natural scene in what appears to be a national park or wilderness area. In the foreground, a family or small group of people are standing on a rocky outcrop overlooking a gently flowing river or stream. The water is clear and reflects the surrounding vegetation, including tall evergreen trees lining the banks. In the background, a herd of bison or buffalo can be seen grazing on the grassy shores, adding a touch of wildlife to the idyllic setting. The group consists of a few adults and children, casually observing the tranquil scene before them.

Reminiscing Past Adventures in National Parks

For several years, the end of October was our big travel season. And now I sit and get reminded by Facebook how life has changed with daily pictures of my previous Octobers. In 2015 it was Texas to Tennessee and all the sights between. 2016 took us to Disney World and the Florida swamps. 2017 was the giant loop front Texas to Rushmore to Yellowstone to Dinosaur NM and many sights between. I’m so glad we took our trip to Yellowstone when we did and didn’t wait. Little did we know, we would move further from the west half a year later... And now we’re only three hours from those Smoky Mountains we drove to explore. Gotta go explore now! Georgia to Yellowstone sounds crazy, but I did just drive to the tip of Cali by myself with four children.... So... Maybe I’m the crazy one ;)
