Perfecting the Fried Egg Sandwich

His current daily goal has been the perfection of a fried egg sandwich ever since he had one in Scotland. Previously, it was perfection of the omelet. We’re running out of egg goals.. The kids have been in the kitchen since they were young much to the concern of anonymous family members ;). And here I am reaping the benefits. I just sat back and graded math work while M made some gourmet macaroni and hot dogs for lunch yesterday... Healthy meals would be good too.... next goal...
