Memories from Vacation Bible School

And that’s a week of VBS over and done. Every night this last week they’ve gathered with friends to be crazy with some Jesus thrown in. Paint and water night, glow in the dark giant size PacMan, tie dyed socks, lots of snacks, lots of giggles... and kids who are excited to contribute their money in the boy vs girl competition for funds to help kids who need school supplies. That and some crazy songs! Every night was late. Hours at the church as Mom helped early. But all was without complaint and full of excited stories to tell Dad when they got home. It’s amazing to be a part of a church that has sooo many adults and teens show up to pour into kids... Some of them who still have to work the next day. Nap time after church tomorrow is going to be required and lovely ;)
