Reclaiming Wonders
The image depicts a patriotic scene involving a group of people handling and raising an American flag. The background shows a clear blue sky and a grassy field with a few buildings visible in the distance, possibly a school or military base. In the foreground, an adult man wearing a blue collared shirt is holding up one end of a large American flag, while several children and another adult are assisting in unfolding and raising the flag. The children are of varying ages, and one child is wearing a bright red jacket. The group appears to be participating in a flag-raising ceremony or event, likely at the end of the day or in the evening, based on the long shadows cast on the ground. The scene conveys a sense of patriotism, community, and shared experience.

(Pic from my kids helping with the end of day flag ceremony at Fort Larned, Kansas. 2018. One of my favorite impromptu experiences of the trip :) )
