Exploring Jamestown's History with Pocahontas

Just hangin’ with her girl Pocahantas. Why? Because she’s real to her. She knows the stories. Truly vested in Jamestown and what happened here. . . I’ll keep preaching it. Read good books. Dare I say movies? About real people. Make them care. And then they do. It means so much more to know beforehand than just showing up at a museum to read plaques. . . Which is why our take home of the Revolutionary War Museum was less...Hamilton. Washington. Jefferson. Nothing else. This mom needs to do her homework ;) . . Jamestown is especially good at this because you see the ruins and reconstructed walls and then go next door to Jamestown Settlement for the vamped up version. . .
