Exploring Art with the Kids

#holyroodpalace has a special exhibit currently on Charles II’s art collecting... I didn’t expect to encounter his sketches by Michelangelo, da Vinci, and Hans Holbein. The kids enjoyed his paintings of beheaded people including this one of David and Goliath. I also didn’t expect to hear about all his mistresses and illegitimate children... Thankfully M was the only one paying attention ;) For all the other museums, you should all offer phones with narration and an app included in the tickets. Hunter walked around holding his phone and showing me all the stuff it could do... No complaining about being ready to go. Until he remembered he movie upcoming ;) Genius!
