Community Band's Veteran's Day Concert

Music. Love of country. Together time. When the opportunity is there, just go! Last night we all went to the combined community and high school bands’ Veteran’s Day concert - and it was great! . The last song went through all the official songs of each military branch and had those veterans stand. Watching them sing along decades after their service was heartwarming. . It wasn’t the downtown symphony. It wasn’t fancy. It wasn’t perfect. But it was worth our time. ❤️ . What if we all supported community programs? Someday we will have time to pull our trumpets back out and join in. I love showing my kids adults who love what they do! Once a band nerd, always a band nerd 😃 Don’t deny it. . Don’t forget to make sure your kids know the words to the Star Spangled Banner! Mine sure needed some help 🇺🇸
