Reclaiming Wonders
An overhead view of a wooden table with an assortment of colorful markers and paper depicting coding instructions for a small robotic device. In the foreground, a young child's hand is grasping a marker and drawing on a piece of paper that displays a zigzag pattern in black marker, presumably a code sequence. Another sheet of paper shows a purple rectangle and blue lines, resembling a blueprint or coding instructions for the robotic device. The scene exudes a sense of creativity, problem-solving, and hands-on exploration of coding concepts.

Child Coding With Ozobot Toy

Grandparent Santa gave C an Ozobot for Christmas. We knew nothing about it. And, honestly, I was pretty annoyed that there was very little direction in the box. But with some online reading... Heā€™s captivated. Today during morning time, he coded his robot for a thirty minute timer using a special color code combination, and then figured out how to turn it into a clock. Who knew that a coding robot the size of a quarter would have my kid devouring my scratch paper and markers? Super fun and just the beginning of the projects with the new toy.
