Reclaiming Wonders
The image depicts a serene wetland scene with a pond or small lake in the foreground, surrounded by vegetation and fallen logs. The water's surface is calm, reflecting the surrounding scenery. Along the shoreline, there are piles of dried branches and twigs, likely washed up or accumulated over time. In the water, the distinctive shapes of several American alligators can be seen partially submerged, basking in the sun or resting. The alligators blend in with the fallen logs and vegetation, adding to the natural and slightly ominous ambiance of the scene.

Alligators at Brazos Bend Wetlands

Say "Hi" to one of the twelve or so alligators we saw at Brazos Bend today. How long have I been in Houston and never ventured over here? We met up with some loverly bird guide volunteers this morning for a walk around one of the lakes just our family and the two of them. ;)
