‘New year, new me!’ How do we feel about new year, old me? - I cannot tell y’all how many photos I have been sitting on and just not posting for really no good reason at all! - Yes, I know, it’s just Instagram and I shouldn’t be so worried about it, BUT I made a lot of my dreams come true this year and a lot of the push to achieve those dreams came from all of you along with the people I follow! - And yes, I see the other side too. The people that were there when I achieved my dreams this year are like ‘HEY why aren’t you screaming this from the rooftops and showing the world?! You could inspire so many people and you should be proud of your achievements!’ - I walk the line between both of these ideas because I can see and am sooo aware of the effects of to much social media. I kept going through phases of wanting to dive in and wanting to stay far away, but I think I’ve found a balance. I’m only allowing myself one and a half hours a day on social media, mindlessly scrolling and posting, and the rest of the time I’m focusing on #CREATING and #LIVING. Long story short, you’re going to be seeing and reading about the things I achieved this year (2019) amongst all of the new things I plan on crushing in this new year and new #DECADE - This is part of one of my many resolutions for this new year and new decade.
