Movement as Happy Juice for Self-Care

Movement = Happy juices ✨ Seems like a perfect girlie solution to me! A big part of my GTFU journey is taking care of myself and filling my own cup first and this includes taking care of my body. I’ve honestly been calling working out happy juice for a couple years now and have also changed my mindset to look at it as part of my day, like brushing my teeth. Of course, I’m not perfect at making sure I do move my body everyday or always have the right mindset about it but changing these little things in how I think about it has made the movement I do make happen much more enjoyable aaaaand has me more excited to do it. I also wanted to note that I’m not getting my happy juices in to be skinny or have really defined muscles but to maintain my lifestyle of traveling, hiking, adventuring, etc. Your goals can be whatever you need them to be but don’t let them be influenced by what society says your body should look like! What’s a mindset about getting your happy juices that changed how you approach movement?
