Nikki Tomlin
A scenic coastal landscape featuring a lone figure standing atop rocky cliffs overlooking a vast ocean. The cliffs are craggy and verdant, with patches of vegetation clinging to the steep slopes. The figure, a woman with long hair, is silhouetted against the cloudy sky, her back turned to the camera as she gazes out at the expanse of water stretching to the horizon. Waves crash against the base of the cliffs, sending up plumes of sea spray. A small rocky outcrop juts out from the water in the distance, adding a sense of depth and drama to the scene. The overall atmosphere is one of solitude, wonder, and the awe-inspiring grandeur of nature.

Booking Tips for Channel Islands National Park

3 mistakes I made getting to Channel Islands National Park so you don’t have to 👇🏻 (Save this post for planning your trip to this national park) ⛴️ Book your ferry ticket asap! I’m talking the same day you know you’re going. I waited a little too long and already had my flight booked and camp spot reserved and found out the ferry had zero availability. 📞 IF you end up goofing up, like me, and having everything booked except the ferry, shed a layer of panic because there is a standby list. Call @islandpackers and ask to be put on the list as soon as you know you goofed and they will call you if something opens up. We got lucky and some spots did! 🤢 Do everything in your power to not get motion sick. Eat a good breakfast, hydrate, stay off your phone, bring some Dramamine, wear motion sickness bands, etc. I completely spaced that I was getting on a boat and ate a small breakfast.. thankfully the waves weren’t too bad both directions but it almost got me. Have you ever missed out on an experience because you goofed in booking all the transportation?
