Laughing Off Negative Comments

Live, laugh, laughing my way through life ✨ While these are by far some of the tamest negative or absurd comments I’ve received I will say there was a day that they would have upset me to some degree. I’m a big believer that the internet is a powerful tool to find people and community that understands you buuuut every person you come across isn’t meant to be part of your life or will agree with something or everything about you. And that’s ok! Those opinions or things that make you uncomfy likely say more about the person who commented them than about you. It took me so long to grasp that but now that I have it makes for a lot of good laughs. And for those of you who have ever left some kind of negative comment or sent a hateful dm, do better. What’s the silliest comment you have ever received?
