Reflecting on a Year of Life Changes

365 days ago I never could have imagined my life would be what it is today. ✨ Honestly, I thought it would look like it did one year ago but on a bigger scale. On this day last summer I was in Rome embarking on a 12 day cruise through the Mediterranean with my brother and checking off three more countries. By the end of the trip I had visited my 6th new country for the year. This year I’ve visited two new countries, zero new states, and have no plans to be flying off somewhere far away for the summer. I’m not upset about any of it, it’s just different than I thought things would unfold for me, my passions, and my business. This year has taught me that I can’t run away from my problems but what I surround myself with will impact my mental health more than I realize and it’s ok to regroup before going on my next wild adventure. Whenever that is 🤪 There are a million more lessons in there but these are the ones I’m holding onto today and wanted to share with you because life throwing new things at you and changing your plan or expectations should be the expectation, not things going perfectly to plan.
