And you can only do that by learning the skills necessary to get you there. Things like precision prospecting (matching the right message with the right person), story-telling sales frameworks, and scaling blueprints and much more. If you’re committed to going full time as a content creator it’s not a question of if you will, it’s a question of how you’ll pay: with time or money. See, cause anyone that commits to a goal long enough will inevitably succeed but the price they pay will vary depending on the person. I spent the first 2 years of my career trying to duck tape solutions together only to realize I didn’t know what I was doing and that’s why I was stuck at 3k/mo I spent 2 years of the only non renewable resource I have because I was scared to admit to myself that someone might know more than me and was scared to invest money I could have used for other things into learning the skills I knew I needed. I had the opportunity to shoot BTS of a creator workshop in Bali in 2018 and my mind was blown about what I didn’t know. Since then have spent tens of thousands of dollars on my own education and it has been the best return on investment I’ve ever received. I’ve since learned that the only way to buy back the non renewable resource of time is to invest the renewable resource of money into learning the things I need to learn. Could I have figured out some of this stuff over the course of 5 years? Yeah maybe, but the money I invested to learn the skills and save years of my life was 100% worth it. I value time over money which is why I made that crucial mindset shift.
