A stunning sunset scene over a tranquil body of water, with vibrant shades of pink, orange, and red hues painting the sky. The reflection of the vivid sunset colors is perfectly mirrored on the still water's surface, forming a breathtaking mirror image. In the foreground, a small puddle serves as a natural reflecting pool, capturing the magnificent sky and clouds in its calm waters. The puddle's reflection is undisturbed, creating a surreal and dreamlike atmosphere. The surrounding landscape features rugged mountains or hills, adding a sense of grandeur and natural beauty to the scene.

Overcoming Fear Through Action

Fear of failure is highest when you are avoiding the problem. - I know for me (and probably you as well) that the more I try to avoid a project, or proposal, or conversation, or email, the more I dread it. I start getting in my head about potential negative outcomes and I start convincing myself of all the reasons why not to do it. But all this does is make the problem worse. - But the moment you take action, you start to realize, “oh wait, I can actually have influence over the outcome.” Action breeds confidence. Stagnation breeds fear. Start taking action steps toward your goal (even if they’re small) to build your confidence. - And if you need a little extra motivation to do this, this is what helps me. Make your goal growth oriented instead of success oriented. Yes, you have to define what success looks like for you, but what are some simple achievable growth steps along the way? PRO TIP: even if you fail, it could be a growth point because you learn what not to do :) Be blessed and stay stoked 😎🤙 Edited with my cotton candy skies preset (link in bio) -
