A breathtaking sunset vista of the iconic buttes and mesas of the southwestern United States desert landscape, most likely in the state of Arizona. The foreground features a rugged, reddish-orange rocky terrain with sparse vegetation, leading towards towering sandstone rock formations in the distance. The sky is ablaze with vivid shades of orange, red, and pink, casting a warm glow over the entire scene. Two silhouetted figures can be seen seated on a rocky outcrop in the middle ground, taking in the awe-inspiring view of the majestic buttes and mesas against the fiery sunset backdrop.

Finding Strength Beyond Human Approval

If you need everyone to agree with you, you’ll never do anything great. - I have a mild problem with people pleasing. I don’t really like ruffling feathers if I don’t have to, but one of the many lessons I’ve learned over the past few months is that nothing great was ever achieved by following the status quo. Sometimes you have to proceed without approval. - But here’s the problem. It’s hard to want to continue when you don’t have someone to encourage you and when it feels like the world is against you. But here’s the cool thing... - If you want to do something great for God, God will put the right people in place to encourage you WHEN and only when you no longer NEED them to sustain your self confidence. When you’re confidence is in Christ to bring you strength and not human approval, assuming you are following Gods will, He will put the right people in your life at the right time to spur you on and take you to levels you never thought possible. - If it feels like the world is against you, Jesus says take heart because it was against Him first and He overcame the world. That doesn’t mean we will overcome the world ourselves, but it does mean we are more than conquerors through Him who gives us strength. - Be blessed and stay stoked 😎🤙 - • • • • • •
