1️⃣ Treat your subject line like a hook. What would make someone want to take the next step of opening the email?
Hint: it’s not {Your Name} x {Brand} collab
2️⃣ Make an immediate “aha” connection in the first line.
They should know that you aren’t a bot and also be interested enough to keep reading. One of the best ways to do this is by making a big claim that speaks to an outcome they want.
3️⃣ Prove you can do it.
Mention a quick example of how you helped a similar client achieve the result you claim you can do.
4️⃣ Low friction ask.
Instead of asking them to commit to a multiple thousand dollar spree, ask them if they want to see a video breakdown of how the case study you talked about earlier worked.
This is called leading with VALUE.
Which also increases the chance of reciprocity from the client.
