Don't Let Escapism Enslave You

What you escape to will enslave you. - It can either be good or bad, but in a lot of cases, unfortunately, people become a slave to the very thing they are trying to escape from. - A classic example is cynicism. It hurts to have hope because that opens the door to disappointment, so instead we beat life to the punch and and resolve that this is all we have and wrap it up and give it a nice name... realism. - Realism. Really? Sounds like an excuse to me. Is it because it’s real or because you don’t have enough guts to change the reality? Reality is subject to change based on the attitude you bring to the table. - Don’t let escapism enslave you. If you don’t like your reality. Change your attitude, and by changing your attitude you will start to attract better people and situations into your life. - Be blessed and stay stoked😎🤙
