Hot Air Balloon Mishap

Life is full of highs and lows. This was a high moment of the weekend. Getting to crew for my friend and fly in his hot air balloon 🎈at @abra_kanabra ’s “Balloons and Tunes” event in Kanab with 40+ other balloons. Low: losing my phone by it slipping out of my pocket off-roading in a can-am after hiking the gorgeous and permitted south coyote butte, losing all my photos and $1200 with it 🙈📱🤦‍♀️. (Should’ve been wearing my Koala phone Leash by @hangtimegear) To quote a stoic (thanks Wayne lol) "The happiness of your life depends upon the quality of your thoughts." -Marcus Aurelius 💭 Thought of choice: Appreciating the fact I had an out of this world weekend, with people I truly cherish and respect, and accepting that with every High that brings joy, you must always learn to land steadily when gravity brings you back to earth. Let it go, quickly! Lol
