I was dreading driving north and leaving the southwest in the rear view mirror after 2 months exploring its riches. Entering into the rain and gloom for the balance of 2020. And then... I feasted my eyes on this and remembered... the northwest is enchanting and the rain brings on alllll the GREEN and colors of the rainbow to perfectly counterbalance the impressionable hues of the southwest. Ready to buckle up my skis and snowshoes and embrace all that is awe inspiring in these evergreen lands.
