Kym Wylder
A breathtaking panoramic view of a vast, arid landscape stretches out before the viewer. Towering sandstone buttes and mesas, intricately carved by eons of wind and water erosion, dominate the foreground. Their rich hues, ranging from warm oranges to deep russets, contrast strikingly against the azure sky and the verdant ribbons of water that meander through the rugged terrain. In the middle distance, a winding river reflects the sculpted formations, its tranquil waters mirroring the very essence of this ancient, elemental landscape. The scene appears to be captured from a vantage point atop one of the mesas, offering an unobstructed vista of this raw, untamed beauty. In the foreground, a woman sits on a wooden viewing platform, her back turned to the camera, taking in the grandeur that surrounds her. She seems dwarfed by the immense scale of the natural wonders before her, a solitary figure in harmony with the primal majesty of this desert wonderland.

I’m beginning to feel “in my body” for the first time in my life. The real journey in our lives however, is learning to find stillness, acceptance, peace of mind, and safety within. That’s a depth and spaciousness that has no bounds. True freedom comes from within and no plane ticket or trip to a park can substitute its magnitude on the path to becoming whole
