A vibrant and whimsical jellyfish-like decoration, crafted from blue and purple cupcake liners. The intricate design features a purple frilled top resembling the body of a jellyfish, with blue ribbon tendrils cascading downwards, mimicking the tentacles. Two googly eyes adorn the top, giving the inanimate object a playful, animated appearance. The jellyfish decoration appears to be suspended from above, creating a delightful undersea ambiance.

DIY Jellyfish Craft

“I shall call him squishy and he shall be mine,” has to be my favorite jellyfish quote ever! Can you guess what movie it’s from? Once you got it figured out make a wiggly jiggly jelly fish a.k.a. Squishy, with your kiddo. There won’t be a huge mess to clean up when they are done so you can sit back and relax 🏝🍧. This craft looks so cool hanging from the ceiling, our family room looks like an underwater ocean scene—maybe we will even find Nemo and Dory, lol. Supplies: 2 solid colored cupcake liners Gift ribbon Clear tape Craft tape Googly eyes Directions: Start by cutting your gift ribbon into 12 pieces that are 18 inches long each. Tape the ribbon onto the top of one of the cupcake liners, so that it hangs down the sides to form the tails of the jelly fish. Go all the way around the cupcake liner, taping the ribbon as you go so it hangs down every side. Run the craft tape along the top of the taped cupcake liner and press the second one onto the top, covering the tape and the top parts of the ribbon. Tape to add two googly eyes to your jelly fish!
