A charming, two-story Victorian-style house with intricate architectural details stands prominently on a residential street. The house features a gabled roof, decorative wooden trims, and a porch with railings. The exterior is painted in a deep blue color, creating a striking contrast against the surrounding greenery. In the foreground, a young woman is seated on a bench, wearing a patterned dress and sandals. She appears to be lost in thought or admiring the picturesque house. The image exudes a nostalgic and serene atmosphere.

Honestly, sometimes I really just miss exploring this city. I realized recently most of LA has become completely foreign to me this past year. I can see downtown from my house and yet haven’t been there in a year. The places I would go to are now either closed or I wouldn’t want to hang out at for long for safety reasons. LA is such an expansive, diverse city I would make a game out of picking a neighborhood (Echo Park, Venice, Boyle Heights, etc.) and just spending a weekend day there. Eating, walking, exploring. After ten years it still feels like there’s so much to see. Maybe it’s time to take my camera back out and start walking it all again. . . . . .
