Yesterday I went for a 45 min walk in Forest Park as it was foggy in the Portland Hills, which is pretty much my happy place of weather conditions. I left my camera and phone behind and took the time to just BE, to breathe in the fresh air, clear my mind and just exist without all of the day to day clutter and chaos. It was incredibly refreshing. I’m still struggling with daily mediation as getting my mind to calm has never been easy for me, but this was the perfect middle ground to clear my thoughts. How do you clear your mind, mediate or find ways to let yourself just BE?🌧
