Jessie on a Journey
A vibrant and colorful street art mural depicting a large frog or toad with an exaggerated eye and protruding tongue. The creature's body is composed of a mosaic-like pattern of intricate designs, shapes, and symbols representing various aspects of nature, such as flowers, insects, and geometric patterns. The colors used range from vivid greens, blues, and pinks to more muted tones, creating a striking contrast against the grayish background. The mural appears to be a creative celebration of the natural world and its diverse flora and fauna, combining artistic expression with environmental awareness.

Street Art Celebrating Nature's Diversity

What's your life mission? ___ I always admire people who do things with *purpose,* whether that's taking an impact trip to do some good, starting a blog to help a community, going on their first solo trip to grow their relationship with themselves or just pursuing a hobby to add more joy into their life. ___ Honestly, along with recently incorporating daily yoga into my morning routine, I've started coloring/painting in the evenings to help myself destress. It may seem small, but it helps keep me focused on my mission to enjoy more calm, happy moments throughout my day. ___ This piece of purposeful street art is all about focused mission. In fact, @louismasai is one of my favorite artists, a creative also passionate about the environment. In 2016, he traveled around the United States putting up murals that also spread awareness about locally endangered and vulnerable species. For an even greater impact, his team also created films to further spread awareness. ___ You can still see these murals around the inspiring @thebushwickcollective. This shot was taken while I showed guests around on my Bushwick photography walk. I love taking people #beyondtheguidebook for a deeper look into what they're seeing!
