Hiking in Kejimkujik National Park Seaside in Nova Scotia (Epic!) | Harbour Rocks Trail

This national park in Nova Scotia is EPIC (and free!) #AD 😍⬇️⁠ ⁠ If you’re looking for an easy yet super scenic hike, the Harbour Rocks Trail in Nova Scotia’s Kejimkujik National Park Seaside is stunning. 🤩⁠ ⁠ You’ll start by hiking through lush coastal forest—including foliage colors in fall. 🍁⁠ ⁠ After about a mile, you’ll reach sandy coastline showcasing beautiful beach as well as rocky islands & outcroppings that make for stunning photos. I hiked in October and had the beach pretty much all to myself! 🏖️⁠ ⁠ Bonus: as with most parks in Nova Scotia, entry is free! 🎉⁠ ⁠ 🐻 WARNING: you’ll want to be bear-aware for this hike! On my way back while hiking solo I encountered a black bear. Luckily, a couple and their big dog were a few minutes behind me so we waited a bit and hiked out together. ⁠ What is your favorite scenic fall hike?
