Jessie on a Journey
A breathtaking view of the Grand Canyon's vast and colorful landscape, with layers of sedimentary rock formations stretching out as far as the eye can see. In the foreground, a gnarled tree clings to the rocky terrain, its twisted branches silhouetted against the hazy blue sky. Nearby, a lone mule stands facing the expansive vista, its stoic figure seeming to contemplate the immense beauty before it. The image conveys a sense of tranquility and awe in the presence of nature's majesty.

Grand Canyon Mule Ride

Last #GrandCanyon picture I swear (at least for today). One way to explore the Grand Canyon is through a mule ride around the Rim or in the Canyon. From what I could tell the mules are treated well, with limited work hours and weight restrictions for passengers and gear. Somehow, I made it to the age of 28 without realizing a mule was a cross between a female horse and a male donkey (if the sexes are reversed you get a "hinny"). Here, you can see a mule looking over the #colorful Canyon rim.
