I loved the experience so much, not only because the wine was incredible, but because the owner of Le Miccine, Paula, was so passionate and taught us so much about the entire wine making process from growing the grapes to harvesting them and finally how they bottle their wine on site. Everything at Le Miccine is done by hand and trust me you’ll love learning about the organic practices they use. The best part might be tasting their wine, but honestly everything you learn along the way is what makes the experience so special.
