Filipino dessert cravings šŸ¤¤ This is called ā€œginataang maisā€ which consist of simple ingredients! Itā€™s perfect for #foodland5 @foodlandhi šŸŒ½šŸš it reminds me of mango sticky rice but with sweet corn instead. If you like coconut milk and corn, youā€™ll love this dessert! INGREDIENTS: šŸ„„ 1 can coconut milk šŸ„„ 1 can coconut cream šŸŒ½ 1 can corn šŸ„£ 1/2 cup sugar šŸš 1 cup glutinous rice 1. Combine coconut milk, coconut cream, and glutinous rice in a cooking pot then turn on the heat. Let the coconut milk + cream boil. 2. Stir the mixture to prevent the glutinous rice from sticking. Set the heat to low and let the rice cook while stirring once in awhile. This will take approximately 12 to 15 minutes. 3. Put-in the sugar and stir thoroughly. Cook for 2 more minutes. 4. Add the whole kernel corn and cook for 5 minutes. 5. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve. Let me know if you try it!
