Grand Lanai Restaurant Week starts tomorrow at @intlmktplace 🍴✨ From April 18-24, restaurants will be featuring special prix fixe menus - multi-course meal pairings for an amazing deal! We had the chance to do a preview dinner at @herringbone and meet Executive Chef, Gary Tamashiro - who created the featured dishes: STARTER (choice of) 🍣 Furikake Tuna Tataki - local ahi, edamame hummus, soy ginger vinaigrette, Kunia Country Farms kolohe greens, truffle/yuzu vinaigrette, bubu arare 🥗 Island Chopped Salad - pipikaula, romaine lettuce, Castelvetrano olives, Ho Farms cherry tomato, cucumber, mozzarella, cheese, lilikoi vinaigrette ENTRÉE (choice of) 🦀 Soft-Shell Chili Crab - chili sauce, cilantro, grilled herb flatbread 🥩 Washugyu Beef Cheek - red wine braised, truffle polenta, broccolini SWEETS 🍰Japanese Souffle Yuzu Cheesecake - strawberry sauce, sauce anglaise, assorted berries — $75 per person prix fixe menu — In addition to the prix fixe menu, we also had cocktails and another dessert: 🥭li hing mango crepe cake (a must order!) 🍍pineapple coconut mai tai 🍹liliko’i mojito
