The dinner is being produced to support local growers and to celebrate Mariposa chefs who are en route to new beginnings — a collaboration menu by Chef Lance Kosaka, Chef & Restaurant GM Alan Takasaki, and Chef Lawrence Nakamoto. ✨ the dinner is $200 per seat, which includes wine pairings, tax and gratuity. A portion of each seat sold will benefit Hawaii Agricultural Foundation.
